When we looked at launching a new interactive job board specialising in the Sales and Marketing industry, www.simplysalesandmarketing.co.uk, we invited applications for tender to 24 companies in the North West. After meeting and getting proposals from 4 companies, it was clear that Athernet shone above the rest in terms of pricing and appreciaition of what the job entailed. These were very significant factors as the website is our business and we had to ensure that we were not employing a sub contractor but that we were taking on a partner in our business.
After a couple of weeks with Athernet it became evident that we had made the right decision because not only did Athernet follow our instructions to the letter and within the timescales involved they also gave us very good technological advice which improved how our site worked.
We gave Athernet a 3 month lead time to complete the site and they delivered with some time to spare, which meant them working over Christmas and the New Year. We have since taken up a maintenance schedule with them to keep our website at the forefront of technology.
