Every year we will allocate a significant portion of the cost savings to a 'Sense of Place' fund

Sense of Place covers projects which add value to areas already being regenerated by our clients.

Projects that:

go beyond the planned home maintenance or investment programmes of the social housing provider;
are construction based;
offer physicial or distinguishable benefits to the community;
are in line with GM Procure's regeneration aims remit.

GM Procure is committed to supporting projects that match the qualifying criteria.
