GM Procure currently have a range of products and services available to like-minded organisations, that is those that wish to collaborate through purchasing, with a clear determination to improve the socio economic position of the communities in which they operate.
Products include heating systems, bathrooms, kitchens, doors and windows, electrical fittings, and external products from paving flags to roof coverings.
Services are largely the fitting of these products and gas servicing in geographic areas across the North West, utilising framework providers that have contractually committed to working with us and our associates to improve the fortunes of their operating areas.
The board of GM Procure have recently charged the management team with developing a solution that would address the issues around merchants and distribution, particularly in respect of products for day to day repairs to their housing stock. We believe that technology will play a key part in this development and we are therefore researching various models of providing materials to contractors and in house teams.
The management team have also been asked to research the market in respect of motor fleets for our members and this work is being carried out by Home Group, a founder member of GM Procure.
