4. Information for costs Complete target cost pro-forma
7. E-ordering Contractor calls off materials
8. Pilot properties live Commence work on pilot properties and feedback into target cost
9. E-delivery Delivery notes approved by contractor
10. E-invoicing Invoices passed for payment
