North West based website development experts Athernet Solutions today announced the arrival of a new client.
Manchester company Sunways Holidays, an established Spanish holiday tour operator, have commissioned the company to create and manage their new online booking website.
The site will allow travel agents around the country to login before booking package holidays through an easy to use interface, providing a simple method to tailor all aspects of the holiday. Behind the scenes the system will manage everything from the allocation of hotel rooms to the printing of the tickets.
Athernet Solutions' company director, Daniel Atherton said "The new system will look after all aspects of the holiday booking process, replacing the company's existing dated system. Whilst there are a lot of things going on in the background to put the holidays together the system itself will be very easy to use."
The website is due for launch later in 2004 with further additions, such as the booking of coach holiday already being planned.
